- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- pork chops - 6 item
How to make southern pork chops:
Brown chops in skillet. Blend other ingredients. Arrange chops in baking dish and cover with blended mixture. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
