Marinated pork tenderloin
Ingredients/Components
- ginger - 1 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- sesame oil - 2 Tbsp
- orange marmalade - 1 c
- sherry - 1/2 c
- boneless pork tenderloin - 1 pkg
- baguette, sliced and spread with melted butter and garlic powder - 1 item
How to make marinated pork tenderloin:
Mix all ingredients, except pork and bread. Marinate pork in mixture for 4 to 6 hours. Bake pork for 45 minutes in 350° oven, turning once. Slice pork into 1-inch slices and serve on sliced and buttered baguettes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Pork loins.
