Marinated mushroom salad
Ingredients/Components
- water
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- minced fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- sliced stuffed olives - 1/2 c
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- celery ribs, sliced - 2 item
- can sliced ripe olives, drained - 1 item
- red or white wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- prepared Italian salad dressing
- fresh small mushrooms - 3 lb
How to make marinated mushroom salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. prepared Italian salad dressing1/2 c. red or white wine vinegar1 clove garlic, minced In large saucepan, bring water and lemon juice to a boil. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and cool. Place mushrooms in large bowl with all other ingredients. Add dressing.
