  • sugar - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • chili powder - 1/8 tsp
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Accent - 1/2 tsp
  • onion powder - 1/8 tsp
  • red pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Wondra flour - 1/2 tsp
  • London broil steak - 1 item
  • tenderizer per lb - 1/2 tsp
  • Crisco oil some other oils flame up - 1/4 c

How to make marinated london broil:

Mix all ingredients. Allow meat to steep in marinade for 2 hours. Do not marinate in a metal pan; ingredients could react (especially to copper). Place marinaded steaks on hot grill and cook to desired doneness.
