Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 3 tsp
  • salsa - 1/2 c
  • shredded lettuce - 1 item
  • chopped red onion - 1/4 c
  • tomato, diced - 1 item
  • avocado, peeled and cubed - 1 item
  • thinly sliced roast beef, cut into strips - 1/2 lb

How to make marinated beef salad:

Combine salsa, oil, vinegar and red onion in medium bowl. Add roast beef; stir to coat with salsa mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Just before serving, add avocado and tomato. Toss. Place beef mixture on shredded lettuce.
