- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- salt optional
- black pepper - 1 item
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp
- beef brisket - 3 4
- Kraft onion barbecue sauce - 1 c
How to make marinated beef brisket:
Line broiler pan with foil. Wrap brisket in foil with remaining ingredients. Marinate overnight. Bake 4 to 5 hours at 225° to 275° in the foil that it was marinated in.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
