  • cloves garlic - 3 item
  • Kitchen Bouquet - 1/4 c
  • large onions, chopped coarsely - 2 item
  • Beau Monde seasonings or 1 tsp - 2 tsp

How to make marinade:

Mix ingredients in blender. Pour over meat and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
