Ingredients/Components
- round steak - 1 lb
- cloves garlic - 4 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- beef stock - 1 c
- corn oil - 1/4 c
- bite size green peppers - 2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make chinese pepper steak:
Cut steak diagonally across into thin slices, then cut strips about 2-inches long. Heat corn oil in skillet. Place garlic clove in oil. Remove after 3 minutes. Add meat to oil. Cook on medium heat; turn as needed until brown. Mix onion, green pepperRecipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Rice.
