Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- apricot nectar - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- lemon Jell-O
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
How to make jello cake:
Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice. Set aside. Mix cake mix, Jell-O, apricot nectar and oil. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Bake in tube pan for 55 minutes at 325°. When cake is done, lightly pour sugar/lemon juice mixture over cake, right from the oven. Let cool in pan.From Margeurite Taranto (deceased).
