- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- fryer chicken - 1 item
- canned whole tomato - 1 c
- slice fresh ginger - 1 item
How to make mandarin chicken:
Prepare chicken by removing bones and steaming good size pieces (good idea to buy breasts and thighs). Dip in tempura batter and fry in hot deep oil. Slice each piece in 1/2-inch to 1-inch slices. Arrange on a bed of shredded lettuce. Cover with sauceRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
