- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- cans mandarin oranges, drained - 2 oz
How to make mandarin cake:
Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. milk Beat eggs and add sugar and oranges. Beat 2 minutes and add dry ingredients. Beat another 2 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Topping: Combine ingredients and bring to a boil; pour over hot cake when removed from oven.
