  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • butter - 1 c
  • coconut
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • canned milk - 1/2 c
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
  • Cool

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Melt butter and cocoa. Cool. Blend sugar and eggs. Add flour, pecans and coconut. Add cooled mixture and vanilla. Bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes. While hot, spread marshmallow cream on cake.Topping:1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. canned milk1/2 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Cream well and spread on cooled cake. May use 1/2 cup of nuts in icing and sprinkle remainder on top of cake.
