Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- coconut
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- canned milk - 1/2 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- Cool
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt butter and cocoa. Cool. Blend sugar and eggs. Add flour, pecans and coconut. Add cooled mixture and vanilla. Bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes. While hot, spread marshmallow cream on cake.Topping:1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. canned milk1/2 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Cream well and spread on cooled cake.
