- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
- uncooked elbow macaroni - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- diced, cooked chicken or turkey - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
How to make macaroni and chicken casserole:
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Remove casserole from refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature 1 hour. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
