Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- macaroni
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni according to directions. Melt butter; stir in the flour and add salt, pepper and milk and cook until thick. Add all Velveeta except 2 slices. Mix in the macaroni. Pour into a greased baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
