Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- unsifted flour - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cheese
- cooked macaroni - 3 c
How to make macaroni and cheese:
In saucepan, melt butter. Mix in flour and salt. Add milk slowly, continually stirring over medium heat until sauce starts to boil. Lower heat and cook until thickened. Add mustard and cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Mix in cooked maRecipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
