Macadamia nut bars
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- 2 sticks butter - 1 c
- chopped Macadamia nuts 2 jars, 3 1/2 oz
How to make macadamia nut bars:
Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Blend in flour. Stir in half of the nuts. Spread thick batter evenly in 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Sprinkle remaining nuts over batter. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 40 bars (about 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch) while hot. Remove from pan while warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
