Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- strips bacon, cooked crisp - 7 item
- linguine or spaghetti, cooked - 1 lb
How to make linguine carbonara:
Over moderate heat in a skillet, melt butter and combine with cheese. Reduce heat and add pasta. Toss to coat. Add eggs and toss until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat and add crumbled bacon.
