  • water - 2 c
  • Cool Whip - 2 c
  • nuts optional - 1 item
  • large marshmallows - 24 item
  • cottage cheese - 2 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 2 c
  • box lime Jell-O - 1 oz

How to make lime jello salad:

Heat Jell-O, water and marshmallows over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Let cool. In a separate bowl, mix pineapple, cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Add nuts, if desired. Combine the two mixtures and chill until set.
