  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • ReaLemon juice - 6 Tbsp

How to make lemon squares:

Mix margarine, powdered sugar and 1 cup flour together and pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. While baking, mix rest of ingredients together on low speed. Pour on hot crust and continue baking for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar while warm. Cut when cool.
