Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- grated lemon peel - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- small chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- cold water - 1 Tbsp
How to make lemon sauce:
Heat 1/2 cup water, lemon peel, lemon juice, honey, ketchup, bouillon cube, salt and garlic to boiling. Mix cornstarch and 1 Tbsp cold water, stir into sauce. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour into a saucer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
