Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- lemon juice
How to make lemon sauce:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and nutmeg and gradually add water. Cook over low heat until thick and clear. Then add butter and lemon juice and blend thoroughly.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
