- sugar
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
- all -purpose flour - 1/2 c
How to make lemon pudding cake:
In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until thick. Blend in lemon juice, peel and butter or margarine. Combine sugar, flour and salt; add alternately with milk. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish; set in a paRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
