Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cornstarch - 1/3 c
- 9-inch pie crust, baked
- water
- margarine - 2 3
- grated lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
How to make lemon pie:
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, except pie crust. Cook slowly until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue or Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
