Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- boiling water
- speck of salt - 1 item
- lemon, grated rind and juice or just lemon juice to taste - 1 item
How to make lemon pie:
Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add boiling water, stirring constantly. Boil slowly 10 minutes. Stir in egg yolk and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add lemon juices and rind. Fill baked crust; cover with meringue. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
