  • all-purpose flour
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • 1/2 sticks margarine, softened - 1 item
  • Spread over second layer
  • Spread over cooled first layer
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 325°

How to make lemon lush:

Press into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 325°. Cool completely.Second Layer:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. confectioners sugar1 c. Cool Whip Combine these ingredients and mix well. Spread over cooled first layer.Third Layer:2 small pkg. (4 serving size) instant lemon pudding3 1/2 c. milk Combine and mix until slightly thickened. Spread over second layer.Fourth Layer: remaining Cool Whip Spread over pudding layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
