  • milk - 3 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1 c
  • chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • Cool Whip, thawed - 16 oz

How to make lemon lush:

Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl combine flour, butter and walnuts; blend well. Pat mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup of the whipped topping; blend well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto cooled crust pan.

In large bowl, combine pudding and milk, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Chill thoroughly. Serves 12.
