cream cheese - 8 oz
milk - 3 c
flour - 1 c
stick margarine - 1 item
powdered sugar - 1 c
Cool Whip - 1 c
pecans - 1/2 c
small boxes lemon instant pudding - 2 item

How to make lemon delight:

Take flour, margarine and 1/2 pecans and mix together. Press into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake 15 minutes at 375° and cool. Take 1 cup Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix together. Spread over crust. Then put pudding and milk, mixed together until thick, over second layer. Spread the rest of Cool Whip on top.
