Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • container Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • small can coconut - 1 item
  • instant lemon pudding - 2 pkg

How to make lemon lush:

Mix softened cream cheese with 1 cup Cool Whip and sugar. Beat well and spread over the crust. For next layer, mix pudding with milk. Beat until thickened and spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip over this and sprinkle with coconut. (Chocolate pudding mix works well, also.)
