  • oil - 2/3 c
  • almond extract - 1 tsp
  • large eggs - 4 item
  • lemon juice - 3 tsp
  • box lemon jello - 1 item
  • box lemon or yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make lemon jello cake:

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into tube pan and bake for 1 hour at 325° (or bake until done).
