- eggs - 4 item
- confectioners sugar
- boiling water - 1 c
- lemon juice
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- lemon gelatin - 1 pkg
- box yellow, white or lemon cake mix - 1 item
- lemon extract if desired - 1 Tbsp
How to make lemon jello cake:
Glaze:1/4 c. lemon juice1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar Dissolve gelatin in water and let cool slightly. Add this to the cake mix, then add eggs and cooking oil. Mix well. Let mixture cool and pour into tube pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Glaze: Mix together lemon juice and confectioners sugar until smooth. Ice cake while it is hot.
