  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, separated - 2 item
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
  • pinch of cream of tartar - 1 item
  • squeezed lemon juice - 1/4 c

How to make lemon icebox pie:

Meringue:3 Tbsp. sugar2 egg whites1/2 tsp. vanilla pinch of cream of tartar Mix egg yolks and other ingredients. Put in "regular" cooked pie shell. Top with meringue mixture and brown in oven.
