- sugar - 1/8 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- pinch of cream of tartar - 1 item
- squeezed lemon juice - 1/4 c
How to make lemon icebox pie:
Meringue:3 Tbsp. sugar2 egg whites1/2 tsp. vanilla pinch of cream of tartar Mix egg yolks and other ingredients. Put in "regular" cooked pie shell. Top with meringue mixture and brown in oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
