- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- Philadelphia cream cheese - 8 oz
- stick oleo - 1 item
- instant lemon pudding
How to make lemon dessert:
Mix flour, oleo and pecans and press in bottom of 11 x 13-inch pan. Bake until light brown (7 to 10 minutes). Whip cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar; beat again. Add Cool Whip and until smooth. Spread on crust.Mix pudding, milk and lemon juice; beat 2 minutes. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
