Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 3 c
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
- confectioner sugar - 1 c
- instant lemon pudding mix - 2 pkg
How to make lemon cream dessert:
Mix flour and oleo as making a pie crust. Spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding mix, milk and lemon juice until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread leftover Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill.
