Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- oil - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Duncan Hines yellow pudding cake - 1 item
How to make lemon cheese bars:
Mix together cake mix, egg and oil until crumbly. Save 1 cup. Put remaining mixture in oblong pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with 1 cup crumb mix. Bake 15 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Cheese.
