Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1 tbsp
• butter - 1 tbsp
• egg yolks - 3 item
• cup sugar - 1 item
• cup milk - 1 item
• lemon juice and rind - 1 item
• egg whites - beaten - 3 item

How to make lemon cake pie:

Stir in sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice and rind. Add flour, butter, milk, egg whites and fold in gently. Bake in deep dish crust for 375 for 30-40 minutes or until top is brown.
