Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 tbsp
- butter - 1 tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup milk - 1 item
- lemon juice and rind - 1 item
- egg whites - beaten - 3 item
How to make lemon cake pie:
Stir in sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice and rind. Add flour, butter, milk, egg whites and fold in gently. Bake in deep dish crust for 375 for 30-40 minutes or until top is brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
