Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- unbaked pie crust - 1 item
- juice of 1 1/2 lemons
How to make lemon cake pie:
Mix sugar and flour. Add lemon juice, beaten egg yolks and salt. Stir in milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Place in unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
