- powdered sugar
- hot water - 3/4 c
- juice of 2 lemons
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- yellow or white cake mix - 1 item
How to make lemon cake:
Lemon Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar juice of 2 lemons Cake Batter: Mix together and pour in greased and floured pan (2 loaf or 9 x 13-inch). Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Glaze: While cake cools, beat powdered sugar with lemon juice. Pour over warm cake.
