  • butter, softened
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 2
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • hot water - 1 c
  • poppy seed - 1/4 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • instant coconut pudding - 1 pkg
  • each pkg - 2 oz

How to make poppy seed cake:

Frosting;1/2 c. butter, softened2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar1 to 2 Tbsp. milk Beat all ingredients. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 300° for 50 to 55 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting when cool.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together for frosting. Spread onto poppy seed cake.
