- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 3/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- juice of 2 lemons
- lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon cake:
Topping:2 c. powdered sugar confectioners sugar juice of 2 lemons Cake: Mix lemon jello, cake mix, eggs, oil and water according to the direction on cake mix package. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Topping: Remove cake from oven when it is done and poke holes in the hot cake with a toothpick. (Poke quite a few holes so that topping will seep into cake.) Blend sugar and lemon juice together. Pour on top of cake. Cool.
