  • oil - 3/4 c
  • hot water - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 6 7
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • box lemon cake mix - 1 item
  • Dissolve the jello in the hot water and add to the cake mix; mix well

How to make lemon cake:

Mix together the cake mix, oil, eggs and lemon extract. Dissolve the jello in the hot water and add to the cake mix; mix well. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes. While hot, prick with toothpick and pour on frosting.Frosting:2 c. powdered sugar6 to 7 Tbsp. lemon juice Stir well until all lumps are gone.
