- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell, baked - 1 item
- pinch of cinnamon - 1 item
How to make lemon buttermilk pie:
Beat eggs and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and lemon colored. Beat in flour, buttermilk, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
