Lemon bars

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1/2 c
• oleo - 1 c
• lemon juice 2 lemons - 1/3 c

How to make lemon bars:

Blend together until thick the first 3 ingredients. To the egg mixture, add flour and baking powder and blend. Pour over baked crust and return to oven. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
