  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes - 4 oz
  • container cottage cheese - 12 oz

How to make layered spinach supreme:

Combine Bisquick, milk, eggs and onion. Mix well and spread in a 12 x 7-inch greased pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over batter. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
