Layered spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 pt
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 lb
- hard boiled eggs - 2 item
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- frozen peas, thawed - 1 pkg
- head shredded lettuce - 1/2 item
- bunch chopped green onions - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 1 pkg
How to make layered spinach salad:
In a greased 8x10 inch casserole, layer each ingredient as listed. Add a Tbsp. or so of mayonnaise to peas to keep them together. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, One Dish meal.
