Layered pea salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- frozen peas - 1 pkg
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- Miracle Whip - 4 5
- head lettuce, shredded - 1 item
- bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 1/2 lb
How to make layered pea salad:
Cook peas and cool. In square baking dish, layer the following: 1 head lettuce, shredded, 1 layer cold peas, celery, onion, 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 4 to 5 tablespoons salad dressing and bacon. The salad dressing is the last layer. Put pan in refrigerator overnight, covered with foil.
