- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 3 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- container Ricotta cheese - 1 (20
- can spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- box lasagne noodles - 1 lb
How to make lasagne:
Cook lasagne noodles according to directions on package. Cook ground beef until done and drain off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, oregano, garlic powder and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix together Ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, tablespoon parsley and egg. Mix well. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Layer bottom of pan with noodles, sauce, cheese mixture and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
