Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- lasagna noodles
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- small cans tomato paste - 2 item
How to make lasagna:
Pasta:8 oz. lasagna noodles2 tsp. salt Cheese Mixture:3 c. cottage cheese2 beaten eggs1/2 tsp. pepper2 Tbsp. parsley flakes1/2 c. Parmesan cheese1 lb. Mozzarella cheese Sauce: Brown meat; drain. Add other ingredients and simmer uncovered 30 minutes.Pasta: Cook and drain noodles. Rinse in cold water.
Cheese: Combine all ingredients.
Place 1/2 noodles in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
