Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 3 c
- shredded Mozzarella - 1 lb
- large jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat slowly and spoon off excess fat. Mix with spaghetti sauce.Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Mix remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese. Place half of the noodles in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture (3 cups cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 beaten eggs and 2 tablespoons parsley flakes). Spread half of the Mozzarella and half of the spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
