Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- ground beef
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- tomato paste - 12 oz
- tomato sauce - 15 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 6 item
- Parmesan - 1 item
- to 4 garlic cloves - 3 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground beef. Add seasoning, sauce and paste; simmer for 25 minutes. Boil 6 noodles. Mix 4 eggs and cottage cheese. In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 meat, 3 noodles, all cottage cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and repeat 1/3 meat and 3 noodles. End with meat, rest of Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan and mushrooms.
