Ingredients/Components
- sweet Italian sausage
- ground beef - 1/2 3/4
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- basil
- curly lasagna - 3/4 1
- Ricotta cheese - 5 oz
- Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced - 3/4 lb
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- crushed fennel seed - 1 tsp
- 3 oz - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- red or white wine - 1/2 3/4
- egg - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese fresh - 3/4 c
How to make lasagna:
Take sausage out of casing and leave in chunks. Mix Ricotta cheese, egg and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Assemble: Put sauce on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Layer noodles, Mozzarella cheese, sauce and Ricotta cheese 2 times. Top noodles with Mozzarella; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
